Organizational Design Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant - Organizational Design (Hedge Funds).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable organizational structures that align with investment firm operating models
• Define job families, role clarity, and leveling frameworks for front office and support functions
• Lead org design assessments, including capability mapping and workflow optimization

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in organizational design or management consulting
• Deep knowledge of hedge funds or financial services operating models
• Proven experience designing organizations through periods of rapid scale or transformation
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Experience with tools such as OrgVue, Workday, or SuccessFactors is a plus
