Job Summary

Organizational Design Consultant, a fully remote position, is responsible for leading organizational and operating model transformation efforts across Enterprise Applications and HR, focusing on redesign, governance alignment, and operational modernization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assessment and design activities for a product-oriented operating model
  • Assess current organizational structures and design future-state capabilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and facilitate stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational design or management consulting
  • Proven experience in leading product-oriented operating model initiatives
  • Strong background in ERP modernization and enterprise applications transformation
  • Experience in complex post-M&A organizations and matrixed structures
  • Demonstrated success in influencing executive stakeholders and driving transformation initiatives
