Job Summary
Organizational Design Consultant, a fully remote position, is responsible for leading organizational and operating model transformation efforts across Enterprise Applications and HR, focusing on redesign, governance alignment, and operational modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assessment and design activities for a product-oriented operating model
- Assess current organizational structures and design future-state capabilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and facilitate stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in organizational design or management consulting
- Proven experience in leading product-oriented operating model initiatives
- Strong background in ERP modernization and enterprise applications transformation
- Experience in complex post-M&A organizations and matrixed structures
- Demonstrated success in influencing executive stakeholders and driving transformation initiatives
