Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Organizational Design Lead will serve as a strategic partner for Human Resources teams, ensuring effective design and implementation of organizational changes while driving operational rigor and providing data-driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement associate-centric design solutions for organizational changes, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Analyze workforce data to identify improvement areas and create key performance indicators for measuring success
  • Develop and maintain standard processes and materials to support consistent organizational design practices
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational design engagements
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and workforce data analysis
  • Proven ability to influence organizational decisions and manage multiple concurrent engagements in a large organization
