Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Organizational Design Lead will serve as a strategic partner for Human Resources teams, ensuring effective design and implementation of organizational changes while driving operational rigor and providing data-driven recommendations.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement associate-centric design solutions for organizational changes, including mergers and acquisitions
- Analyze workforce data to identify improvement areas and create key performance indicators for measuring success
- Develop and maintain standard processes and materials to support consistent organizational design practices
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational design engagements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and workforce data analysis
- Proven ability to influence organizational decisions and manage multiple concurrent engagements in a large organization
