Organizational Development Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the development and delivery of organizational change management plans, the full-time Organizational Development Analyst will assist with training sessions, course development, and change plan development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of classroom and virtual training sessions for technical audiences under supervision
- Support course development efforts, including research, content review, and maintenance of teaching materials
- Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in the development of change management plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited college or university
- 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one year of proven experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with learning principles and change management methodologies
- Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops
