• Assist with assessments of needs and co-create solutions
• Implement initiatives to support workflow design, change, and cultural adaptations
• Plan and facilitate learning workshops to enhance understanding of work design and change navigation

Required Qualifications

• Experience with organizational change and technology adoption
• Exposure to work design principles and workflow improvement tools
• Experience managing small projects independently
• Comfortable facilitating meetings with executive leaders and teams
• Basic understanding of instructional design
