Job Summary

To support a dynamic learning environment, the remote Organizational Development Consultant will partner with leaders and HR teams to advance organizational learning initiatives, enhance team member experience, and drive performance across the health system.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as an internal consultant to support culture, performance, engagement, and team member experience initiatives
  • Design and implement scalable learning and leadership programs while managing vendor relationships for program delivery
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and consistency in organizational approaches and initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or related fields
  • Experience consulting with leaders and translating organizational priorities into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with LMS and organizational learning implementation strategies
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent
