Job Summary

Organizational Development Director, a full-time position responsible for leading leadership development strategies, partnering with stakeholders to assess business needs, and designing professional development programs to enhance organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of leadership development strategies aligned with organizational priorities
  • Partner with executive leaders and HR teams to recommend effective organizational development solutions
  • Design and deliver leadership and professional development programs to support employee growth
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management
  • Experience in building leadership capability frameworks within large healthcare systems or complex organizations
  • Expertise in developing dashboards and impact measurement strategies beyond participation metrics
  • Experience leading organizational development and learning transformation initiatives
