Organizational Development Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of a future-state governance operating model, the full-time Organizational Development Lead will support a federal digital modernization initiative remotely, focusing on organizational design, change management, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of governance structures and future-state operating models, synthesizing stakeholder input into actionable artifacts
• Facilitate working sessions to establish decision-making frameworks and support the definition of Service Owner and Product Owner roles
• Manage the OD workstream, ensuring alignment with client needs and iterative delivery processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Eight or more years of experience in organizational development, organization design, or organizational change
• Demonstrated experience in designing future-state operating models and governance structures
• Practitioner-level change management experience using recognized frameworks
• Experience supporting digital modernization and managing senior client relationships
