Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organizational Development Talent Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate talent planning, succession, and performance management activities
- Develop scalable talent planning tools and approaches to identify competency and talent gaps
- Conduct organizational assessments and establish individual development planning tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, business administration, human resources, or related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in talent management, succession planning, or organizational development
- Experience in large corporate organizations, healthcare, or university environments
- ICF-certified coach upon hire
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in a related field and 3 years of people management experience
