Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Development Talent Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate talent planning, succession, and performance management activities
  • Develop scalable talent planning tools and approaches to identify competency and talent gaps
  • Conduct organizational assessments and establish individual development planning tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, business administration, human resources, or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in talent management, succession planning, or organizational development
  • Experience in large corporate organizations, healthcare, or university environments
  • ICF-certified coach upon hire
  • Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in a related field and 3 years of people management experience
