Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Development Partner to support its rapidly scaling teams in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes that support rapid growth and scalability
  • Design, deliver, and facilitate programs focused on leadership excellence and team building
  • Drive and improve performance management processes, talent mapping, and succession planning
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or Talent Development in high-growth environments
  • Strong expertise in leadership development and change management
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable OD programs
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Organizational Psychology or related fields
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or a related field is a plus
