Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Development Specialist to enhance employee training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts virtual and instructor-led training for onboarding and continuing education
  • Designs and maintains training materials in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Evaluates training programs and identifies areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • BS/BA in business, Human Resources, Communications, or a relevant field required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a corporate trainer or related position
  • Experience in mortgage and instructional design is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with instructional design software
  • Ability to manage and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS)
