Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner and scale the Operational Effectiveness Program, including sustaining the company-wide OKR system and facilitating the OKR program to drive goal achievement
- Support organizational planning and design, serve as a management coach, and identify efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
- Participate in employee learning and development programs, own the onboarding process, and support the growth of the company's community
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of related People Operations experience supporting core functions
- 1+ years of recruitment, onboarding, and/or operational effectiveness experience is a plus
- Experience with employee experience/cultural engagement
- Passion for creating a positive thoughtful employee experience and driving organizational success
