Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner and scale the Operational Effectiveness Program, including sustaining the company-wide OKR system and facilitating the OKR program to drive goal achievement
• Support organizational planning and design, serve as a management coach, and identify efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
• Participate in employee learning and development programs, own the onboarding process, and support the growth of the company's community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of related People Operations experience supporting core functions
• 1+ years of recruitment, onboarding, and/or operational effectiveness experience is a plus
• Experience with employee experience/cultural engagement
• Passion for creating a positive thoughtful employee experience and driving organizational success
