Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Organizational Effectiveness Manager will shape and deliver critical People Enablement projects remotely, partnering with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive defined portfolios of work that translate enterprise strategy into executable initiatives, managing plans, milestones, and risks
• Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive solutions, including operating model refinements and process optimization
• Embed change management methodologies into initiatives to ensure leaders and employees adopt and sustain new behaviors and ways of working

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 8-12+ years in organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, or related roles with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives
• Strong expertise in organizational design, performance improvement, and change management
• Prosci certification is required
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and apply strategic judgment to complex problems
