Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Organizational Effectiveness Manager will shape and deliver critical People Enablement projects remotely, partnering with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive defined portfolios of work that translate enterprise strategy into executable initiatives, managing plans, milestones, and risks
- Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive solutions, including operating model refinements and process optimization
- Embed change management methodologies into initiatives to ensure leaders and employees adopt and sustain new behaviors and ways of working
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 8-12+ years in organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, or related roles with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives
- Strong expertise in organizational design, performance improvement, and change management
- Prosci certification is required
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and apply strategic judgment to complex problems
