Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and collaborative Organizational Effectiveness Partner, the full-time remote role will assess organizational needs, facilitate solutions for team and leadership performance, and support enterprise change initiatives to drive sustainable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and HR to assess organizational challenges and implement solutions for improved effectiveness and performance
- Lead enterprise change initiatives through stakeholder assessments, communication planning, and adoption strategies
- Facilitate leadership development programs and workshops to enhance employee growth and organizational success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or related disciplines
- Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management or SHRM preferred
- Experience facilitating workshops and partnering with leaders on performance challenges
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and change management methodologies
