Organizational Readiness Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Readiness Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee organizational readiness programs for product launches and strategic initiatives
• Apply Lean methodology to streamline workflows and lead change management efforts during organizational transitions
• Develop training plans and track program performance to ensure organizational readiness and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a software or technology company
• Proven expertise in managing organizational change and familiarity with Lean methodology
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
• Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
