Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organizational Readiness Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee organizational readiness programs for product launches and strategic initiatives
- Apply Lean methodology to streamline workflows and lead change management efforts during organizational transitions
- Develop training plans and track program performance to ensure organizational readiness and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a software or technology company
- Proven expertise in managing organizational change and familiarity with Lean methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
