Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Organizational Readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee organizational readiness programs for product launches and strategic initiatives
- Apply Lean methodology to streamline workflows and improve operational processes
- Lead change management efforts and develop training plans to support new initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a software or technology company
- Proven experience in managing organizational change and applying Lean methodology
- Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
