Organizational Readiness Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Organizational Readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee organizational readiness programs for product launches and strategic initiatives
• Apply Lean methodology to streamline workflows and improve operational processes
• Lead change management efforts and develop training plans to support new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a software or technology company
• Proven experience in managing organizational change and applying Lean methodology
• Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
