Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Organizational Talent Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the principal talent advisor to executive leadership within assigned client groups
  • Lead and deliver talent initiatives that attract, develop, engage, and retain employees
  • Ensure consistent delivery of HR services and develop new services aligned with business priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of human capital consulting and business partnership experience
  • Experience leading HR in technology-enabled, high-growth organizations
  • Ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and build an innovative culture
  • Experience working with senior leaders up to the EVP level
  • Strong understanding of enterprise HR strategies
