Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Organizational Talent Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal talent advisor to executive leadership within assigned client groups
- Lead and deliver talent initiatives that attract, develop, engage, and retain employees
- Ensure consistent delivery of HR services and develop new services aligned with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of human capital consulting and business partnership experience
- Experience leading HR in technology-enabled, high-growth organizations
- Ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and build an innovative culture
- Experience working with senior leaders up to the EVP level
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR strategies
