Key Responsibilities

• Provide organizational design expertise and lead transformation initiatives across the organization
• Build and implement strategies for organizational design, improving processes and structures
• Create executive-level presentations and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in organizational design
• 3+ years of formal consulting experience
• 3+ years of analytics experience with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven executive leadership presence and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of People Team specialties
