Organized Retail Crime Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting stores and corporate partners in investigating Organized Retail Crime (ORC) cases, the full-time Organized Retail Crime Specialist will leverage investigative tools to limit exposure to theft and fraud while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with law enforcement to prosecute ORC activity and develop professional case documents
• Analyze investigative data and serve as the primary investigator on complex ORC cases
• Guide store Loss Prevention teams on investigative plans and present updates to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in shoplifting apprehensions and fraud investigations
• Prior retail Loss Prevention experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
