Job Summary
Supporting a network of values-aligned partner organizations, the full-time Organizing Strategist will manage campaign planning and execution for voter participation and advocacy, deliver trainings, and enhance organizing infrastructure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support partner organizations in planning and implementing voter participation and advocacy campaigns
- Design and deliver trainings, tools, and guidance for partner staff on campaign planning and organizing practices
- Help partners build and maintain strong organizing infrastructure, ensuring effective outreach and engagement
Required qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience in organizing, advocacy, electoral, civic engagement, or campaign-related work
- Demonstrated experience supporting campaigns and community-based programs from planning through execution
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience working directly with external partners or community-based organizations in a support capacity
- Familiarity with organizing tools, voter file platforms, and data-informed campaign strategy
