Job Summary

A company is looking for an Orthopedic Claim Scrubber & Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Review orthopedic claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission
• Assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for surgical and clinical orthopedic services
• Utilize EPIC EHR for coding and claim processing to ensure efficient workflow

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' medical coding experience with a focus on orthopedic coding
• Proven experience with EPIC EHR for coding and claims management
• Familiarity with claim scrubber tools and revenue cycle workflows
• Deep knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, terminology, and coding protocols
• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with clinical and billing teams
