Orthopedic Surgery Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking experienced orthopedic surgeons, the flexible remote Orthopedic Surgery Advisor will provide clinical, operational, and strategic guidance to enhance virtual care initiatives and ensure alignment with orthopedic best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance on musculoskeletal health, orthopedic surgery, and related conditions
• Advise on the development of virtual orthopedic care pathways and patient engagement strategies
• Support leadership in identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes and care coordination

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with experience practicing orthopedic surgery
• Board certification or board eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery preferred
• Experience in musculoskeletal medicine, sports medicine, or healthcare innovation preferred
• Strong understanding of orthopedic clinical workflows and evidence-based treatment
• Ability to commit approximately 1-2 hours per month for advisory activities
