OSHA Compliance Representative
Job Summary
To support client OSHA compliance, the full-time OSHA Compliance Representative will provide OSHA services, manage recordkeeping obligations, generate reports, and facilitate regulatory adherence in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate cases for OSHA 1904 recordkeeping requirements
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for clients and OSHA inspectors
- Communicate regulatory interpretations and collaborate with risk services colleagues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Clerical or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills required
