Job Summary
To support the investigation into Russian law enforcement operations in occupied Ukraine, the remote OSINT Investigator will identify, collect, preserve, verify, and analyze open-source evidence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on evidence development and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct open-source investigations into Russian police and law enforcement actors in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories
- Collect, preserve, verify, and document digital and open-source evidence in accordance with investigative standards
- Support the integration of OSINT findings into investigative files and analytical products
Required Qualifications
- Degree in investigations, law, criminal justice, intelligence studies, digital forensics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in open-source investigations or related investigative work
- Demonstrated experience applying OSINT methodologies, including source verification and digital research
- Strong understanding of evidentiary reliability and documentation requirements for criminal investigations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian and/or Russian
