Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Revenue Specialists and Account Managers, the full-time remote OSM Supervisor will manage claim processing resolutions, respond to client inquiries, and facilitate document management processes to ensure the success of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned Revenue Services teams and serve as the primary escalation point for claim resolution
- Analyze claim payments and manage internal coordination for client requests and reported issues
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and mentorship to staff, including new hires
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in healthcare billing or collections and client-facing/customer service roles
- 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing
- Strong computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications
