OSOC Security Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the OSOC Security Analyst will assist with application vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response while contributing to the overall security strategy and architecture reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Review eASM dashboard daily to monitor for anomalies or security incidents
• Conduct penetration testing and validate vulnerabilities to support remediation efforts
• Engage with clients to understand their security requirements during project kick-off meetings

Required qualifications

• 0-1 years of information technology experience, ideally focused on information security
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems and command-line administration tools (Bash / PowerShell)
• Experience in penetration testing and vulnerability management through education or internships
• Scripting experience in Ruby, Python, Perl, or Bash
• Certifications such as ESCP or Security+ are preferred
