OSP Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OSP Engineer to perform detailed outside plant facility engineering tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate, analyze, design, and plan outside plant facilities for copper and fiber cables
• Prepare and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and reports while tracking project budgets
• Conduct periodic job inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with design standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience with duct leasing and CAD/Design
• Ability to identify and relocate existing voice/data plant and utilities
• Expert knowledge of COE/OSP principles and work order procedures
• Understanding of the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) for engineering requirements
• Must possess necessary tools for engineering tasks
