OSP Fiber Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OSP Field Fiber Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the usage of the fiber network and design fiber routes for various telecom services
• Lead training and provide mentorship to team members on industry practices
• Maintain accurate records in the GIS database and support customer maintenance and repair activities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of telecom fiber network experience, preferably in construction or fiber design
• 4-Year Degree in Engineering is a plus
• Proficiency in GIS-based data management systems and Google Earth
• Knowledge of fiber construction practices and experience with MS Office tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function independently
