Job Summary
To support multiple Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects, the full-time OSP Project Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, handle customer inquiries, validate schedules, and ensure timely invoice processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates all project activities to track lifecycle, budget, and progress requirements
- Maintains project schedules and production trackers, providing daily updates to leadership
- Interfaces with internal teams to triage and resolve construction complaints within specified timelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Coordinator experience, preferably in construction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and construction Smart Sheets
- Proactive and independent with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in the Fiber or Telecom industry preferred
