Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end planning and execution of outside plant break/fix projects, the full-time OSP Service Assurance Project Manager - Night Shift will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring network restoration and maintenance in a remote capacity during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of outside plant break/fix projects, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, monitoring Key Performance Indicators to enhance operational performance
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of structured cabling and routing, with proven experience managing large-scale OSP projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with outside plant and fiber optics
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and manage budgets effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and construction standards in OSP projects
