Job Summary

Managing outside plant break/fix projects during the night shift, the full-time OSP Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring timely network restoration and maintenance while working remotely within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the planning and execution of outside plant break/fix projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet SLA objectives
  • Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and managing customer interactions throughout the restoration and maintenance processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale OSP projects, including fiber optic and cable installations
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on outside plant and project management
  • Working knowledge of structured cabling, routing, and the ability to read construction documents
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Google Earth
