OSP Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end planning and execution of outside plant (OSP) break/fix projects, the full-time OSP Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution for OSP break/fix, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to timelines and performance metrics
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing large-scale OSP projects, including fiber optic and cable installations
• Working knowledge of structured cabling and routing
• At least five years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on outside plant and project management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and manage budgets effectively
