OSP Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end planning and execution of outside plant break/fix projects, the full-time OSP Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and coordination for OSP break/fix projects, ensuring alignment with construction specifications and stakeholder requirements
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation, monitoring project performance against established KPIs
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage relationships with contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing large-scale OSP projects, including fiber optic and cable installations
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, routing, and construction documents
• At least five years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on outside plant and project management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
• Ability to pass an MVR check and drive a company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy
