OSS Engineer
Job Summary
To support cloud solutions and large fleets of customer-premises equipment, the full-time OSS Engineer will design, build, and operate Operations Support Systems (OSS), dashboards, and workflow automations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the engineering lifecycle for internal OSS tools and operational dashboards, translating team pain points into reusable capabilities
- Automate high-volume operational tasks, including alert enrichment and reporting, to enhance Network Operations efficiency
- Integrate with cloud APIs and operational platforms to support onboarding, provisioning, and telemetry across managed CPE fleets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in OSS engineering, network automation, or related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building APIs, data pipelines, and user-facing operational dashboards
- Hands-on experience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
