OT Cybersecurity Lead

Job Summary

To support the design, installation, and maintenance of PV and BESS SCADA systems, the full-time OT Cybersecurity Lead will function as the cybersecurity team representative, oversee cybersecurity policies, and coordinate technical reviews, with the option to work remotely and approximately 10% travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Authorize and oversee cybersecurity policies across active EPC projects, including Remote Access Procedures
• Coordinate technical reviews with SCADA suppliers and ensure compliance with EPC contract and industry standards
• Provide subject matter expertise on SCADA network architecture and troubleshoot network equipment issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• Experience working directly on network design for utility-scale power plants
• Understanding of NERC requirements, including CIP and asset management
• Experience troubleshooting network issues in factory and commissioning environments
• Familiarity with SCADA server environments, including VMware, Windows, and/or Linux systems
