OT Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff/Principal SWE - OT Security Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure remote access capabilities for OT environments
• Develop protocol-aware policy authoring and structured access logs for compliance audits
• Integrate with industrial protocols and manage backend services across distributed architecture

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with secure remote access systems (VPN, ZTNA, etc.)
• Direct experience in OT/ICS environments (manufacturing, energy, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or similar languages
• Solid understanding of networking and identity fundamentals
• Familiarity with OT protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and OPC-UA
