OT Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OT Security Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance SOC capabilities for monitoring and responding to threats across OT, BT, and CT environments
• Lead incident response efforts and facilitate collaboration among SOC analysts, OT engineers, and IT staff
• Oversee continuous monitoring and asset protection for industrial networks while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience in SOC operations and multi-domain incident response
• Deep understanding of OT/ICS security frameworks and industrial network protocols
• Hands-on experience with relevant security platforms like Elisity and Palo Alto XSIAM
