Other Health Insurance Associate

Job Summary

Researching and verifying member Other Health Insurance (OHI) information, the full-time remote Other Health Insurance Associate will ensure accurate coordination of benefits, claims processing, and enrollment records while maintaining compliance with procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Research, verify, and update member OHI information
• Validate OHI for various member categories and determine payer order between coverages
• Investigate OHI inquiries and complete assigned work queues within SLA requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in Health Plan Claims Disbursements
• Knowledge of OHI businesses and healthcare insurance
• Experience with healthcare systems such as QNXT, Facets, or CSC
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
