Job Summary
Overseeing the Out of Network Mandate program, the full-time Out of Network Mandate Supervisor will manage a business team to ensure compliance with State and Federal payment rules, while providing training and support to staff in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates the work of the business team to meet quality and productivity goals
- Provides guidance and training to team members, enhancing their performance and skills
- Monitors key performance indicators and prepares budget reports to ensure administrative cost objectives are met
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in a professional business environment, with supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in the health insurance industry and medical claims processing is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of computers and software relevant to the business
- Ability to lead diversified tasks and demonstrate technical competence on systems used
