Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Out of State Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Revenue Services teams and manage client inquiries
• Act as the primary escalation point for claims resolution and guide team members in addressing client issues
• Conduct performance evaluations and collaborate with management on task prioritization and process improvements

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in healthcare billing or collections
• 5 years of client-facing or customer service experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing and data requirements
