Out of State Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor (Out of State).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and assist with the development of department processes
• Manage employee performance and provide feedback while ensuring staff receives adequate training
• Monitor billing procedures, maintain data integrity, and develop relationships with clients and agencies

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Out Of State Medicaid programs required
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic preferred
