Outage Management Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outage Management Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the eTerra OMS platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
• Develop, enhance, and maintain OMS processes to support business operations
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the AMI Filtering Rules Engine to improve outage detection and response

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in OMS administration, preferably with GE OMS (eOMS) or CGI OMS
• Strong understanding of Outage Management Systems and their role in grid operations and outage response
• Experience working with GMS modules and integrating OMS with other enterprise applications
• Proficiency in AMI Filtering Rules Engine technologies and related troubleshooting
• Familiarity with real-time power grid operations and utility industry best practices
