Job Summary
Leading outage readiness and job completion initiatives, the full-time Outage Readiness Leader will manage global adoption of FSRR 2.0 processes, establish execution health metrics, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global adoption of FSRR 2.0 and outage readiness processes
- Establish outage readiness scorecards and execution health metrics
- Drive closure of regional readiness actions and execution gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of Controls experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of Controls experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience with GE Control Products and Mark VIe systems
- 10+ years of experience with GE Controls Product Systems
- 6+ years of OT Cyber Security or Field Engineering experience
- Proven knowledge of outage readiness methodologies and risk mitigation
