Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Outbound Agency Sales Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach to independent insurance agencies as part of assigned campaigns and initiatives
• Support multiple concurrent sales support initiatives, including call campaigns and prospecting efforts
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, agency responses, and outcomes in designated systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a B2B, agency, sales support, or outbound contact environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outreach or execution work with urgency
• Strong organizational skills, including detailed tracking and documentation
• Experience working with independent insurance agencies and knowledge of Property & Casualty products preferred
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
