Outbound BDC Agent
Job Summary
Connecting with dealership customers, the fully remote Outbound BDC Agent will make outbound calls, send emails, and schedule appointments while meeting daily engagement goals and utilizing CRM tools.
Key responsibilities
- Making outbound calls and sending communications to engage dealership customers
- Scheduling appointments and creating customer engagement opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and participating in ongoing training
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, BDC, appointment-setting, or sales preferred
- Familiarity with online scheduling tools such as Xtime or Online Service Scheduler is a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Drive and related applications
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Strong professional phone presence and communication skills
