Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative (100% Remote outside of Canada).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across target markets
  • Engage decision-makers and communicate the SaaS value proposition
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of cold calling experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Proven track record of achieving outbound targets (calls, meetings, conversions)
  • Experience using cloud-based dialers (e.g., Vonage, RingCentral)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
