Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative (100% Remote outside of Canada).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across target markets
- Engage decision-makers and communicate the SaaS value proposition
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of cold calling experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of achieving outbound targets (calls, meetings, conversions)
- Experience using cloud-based dialers (e.g., Vonage, RingCentral)
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
