Job Summary

To support the growth of its outbound business development team, the full-time Outbound Business Development Representative will focus on generating cold leads through calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach, while helping to shape the team's outreach strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end outbound pipeline generation, including cold calls and multi-touch campaigns targeting security leaders
  • Research and prioritize target accounts, tailoring outreach to specific stakeholders and their threat landscapes
  • Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for Account Executives, contributing to the development of the outbound playbook
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience as an SDR/BDR is a plus, but recent graduates with a strong drive and coachability are encouraged to apply
  • A hunter mentality with a passion for building pipeline from scratch and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of outreach and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or threat intelligence is a bonus, though not required
