Job Summary
As an Outbound Business Development Representative, the full-time remote role will focus on high-volume prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn, collaborating with Account Executives to qualify leads and book discovery meetings while driving pipeline and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting with 60-100+ activities daily to engage potential clients
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategies
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency, and schedule quality discovery meetings
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in goal-driven roles or prior sales experience
- Strong technological fluency, with the ability to adapt to new tools and leverage AI
- Resilience and a coachable attitude, with a desire for feedback to improve
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently conduct cold calls
- High personal standards and a competitive spirit in a fast-paced environment
