Job Summary
Driven and ambitious, the full-time Outbound Business Development Representative will execute high-volume outreach to prospects, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60-100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency, and book quality discovery meetings
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles (e.g., sales, fundraising, athletics)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Technological fluency and adaptability to new tools and AI technologies
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to conduct cold calls
