Job Summary

As an Outbound Business Development Representative, the full-time remote position will focus on executing high-volume outreach to prospects, qualifying leads, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60-100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency while booking quality discovery meetings
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles, such as sales, fundraising, athletics, or service industry
  • Technological fluency and ability to adapt to new technologies and AI tools
  • Resilience and coachability, with a desire for feedback to improve
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conducting effective cold calls
  • Eagerness to grow long-term within a sales career path
